The National AHEC Organization's Fall Conference will be held October 11 – 14 at the Crowne Plaza Old Town Alexandria in Alexandria, Virginia. This meeting is designed for center directors and program directors to connect with colleagues and learn about changes coming down the line for AHEC’s, as well as create opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
The planned agenda includes presentations by HRSA leadership on AHEC's new grant guidance and performance reporting, key note speakers addressing AHEC’s important role in health workforce development and maintenance, constituency group meetings, NAO updates, NAO Committee meetings, and other technical assistance.
To secure rooms in the NAO room block, hotel reservations must be made before Sept. 12th to receive the group rate of $179/night, as well as to make sure we have adequate meeting space. The National AHEC Organization leadership strongly encourages you to register before Sept. 12th as prices will increase after this date. Availability is limited so make your reservations now.
