1. Can I register my Center/Program or is registration limited to individual participants? Due to limitations of the NAO Membership platform, individual participants must register themselves. This registration provides them access to the webinar series as well as all recordings. The AHEC 201 webinar series is designed to be interactive and individuals should plan to attend with their video on to build relationships with other members of their cohort. Sessions are designed to provide education of AHEC content to all NAO members regardless of specific profession type. Our goal is for every type of AHEC staff to benefit from every session. 2. Will the webinar sessions be recorded and if so, how can I access them?
The webinar sessions will all be recorded and made available to AHEC 201 registrants via a private group within the NAO membership platform. This group will also offer opportunities for AHEC 201 participants to network, communicate, and share resources. 3. Can I register at any time during the series?
Ideally, participants will register prior to the start of the series. However, registration is allowable at any time over the 10 month period. Regardless of when you register, the same $150 flat fee for the series will apply. Those who register after the start of the series will still have access to prior recordings they may have missed. 4. How do I get access to the webinar links?
Once you register and your payment has been received, you will receive the Zoom link for the webinar series. This same Zoom link will be used for every session of the series. It is imperative that you make payment for your seat PRIOR to the webinar start date in order to assure access in a timely fashion. 5. Why is there a fee?
NAO will continue to provide AHEC 101 as a free member benefit. Due to the cost affiliated with speaker fees, administration, and coordination of the AHEC 201 series, a nominal registration fee is required. NAO is focused on sustainability and growth areas which are possible only by considering fees for services opportunities in the future.
