FSU MPH Students will be presenting on the topic of disparities in chronic diseases specifically related to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases focusing on social determinants as causes and exploring potential solutions. The MPH students will present on the health disparities and causes, then scholars will be put into breakout rooms for a guided discussion exploring solutions, they will then debrief and presenters will share about public health solutions to address health disparities.
