FREE Black Maternal Health Webinar Interested in learning about maternal health, mortality, and morbidity and how we can impact the issues with diversifying our maternal health workforce? Join in on this upcoming event showcasing the Laboring with Hope documentary. Laboring with Hope is a short documentary that addresses the national maternal mortality crisis among Black women. The film is being used as a public health strategy to support improving Black maternal health outcomes. There will be a short documentary screening followed by a panel discussion moderated by the film executive producer, Nakeitra Burse, DrPH, MS, CHES. Hear from panelists Alex Jones-Adesina, MD, MPH, Lauren Montgomery, BSN, RNC-OB, RNC-MNN, and LaCresha Duffey, PCD(DONA) as we dive deeper into topics and issues of the black maternal health crisis.
